Just get a very chilled sachet water of any "brand"; take the hot phone and place it on the water for some minutes... it will  calm it temper immediately.

LOL, if this method doesn't work visit a technician. THIS IS JUST A JOKE! it doesn't work anywhere!!

Most phones get hot when use them because its their nature, others that get extremely hot is as a result of an error or fault.
