WHAT DO YOU CALL THIS, FASHION OR MADNESS?

I have been hovering over this photo with my cursor like a hawk hovering over its prey. The difference between me and the hawk is the fact that the hawk while hovering, has a target, but as for me and this photo my hovering indicates confusion.

I have been wondering if this is the latest fashion trend. Before now only mentally derange people wear torn clothes and be very comfortable on them, but lately FASHION has turned most young people into potential mad people.

How can anyone ever wear these and expect applauds from the public? although most people careless about their reputation.
